1. General Questions

What is QuickTemp Mail and how does it work?

QuickTemp Mail (quicktempemail.pro) is a free, instant temporary disposable email generator. When you open our website, our cloud edge system automatically generates a unique, working email address for you. You can use this address on any third-party website to register, receive confirmation links, or verify an account. Incoming messages appear directly in your web browser tab within 1 to 3 seconds without needing a page refresh.

Is QuickTemp Mail completely free?

Yes, 100% free forever. We do not require credit cards, trial subscriptions, premium upgrades, or personal account sign-ups. The service is supported through non-intrusive online advertising (via Google AdSense).

Do I need to install any software or browser extensions?

No. QuickTemp Mail operates entirely in your web browser. You do not need to install any client software, plugins, or third-party extensions on either desktop or mobile devices.

2. OTP & Verification Codes

Can I receive OTP codes and activation links for verification?

Yes! QuickTemp Mail was purpose-built for OTP verification. Our platform features an automated One-Time Password parsing engine that scans incoming emails and extracts 4 to 8-digit verification codes (e.g., from Netflix, Discord, Steam, Instagram, forums, and developer tools), placing the code in an instant "Copy Code" box.

What should I do if an expected email or OTP does not arrive?

Our edge mail servers process incoming emails in 1 to 3 seconds. However, if an expected email has not appeared:

1. Check that you copied the exact email address displayed at the top of the screen.
2. Some third-party websites intentionally delay sending verification emails by 1 to 5 minutes due to internal queue backlogs.
3. Click the Refresh button in the toolbar to perform a manual fetch.
4. If the destination platform has blocked that particular alias, click New to generate a fresh address.

3. Privacy & Security

How long does my temporary email address and messages last?

Your address remains active as long as you keep your browser tab open or revisit it within your session. All received messages and attachments are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers after twenty-four (24) hours. We keep zero archival backups.

Can other users see my incoming emails?

If you use our default randomly generated addresses (such as `zen.orbit9912@quicktempemail.pro`), the chances of another user guessing your address are virtually zero. However, if you use the Change feature to create an extremely common public username (like `test@quicktempemail.pro` or `alex@quicktempemail.pro`), anyone who enters that exact username could see messages sent to it. Always choose unique names for sensitive tasks.

Is it safe to view HTML emails with images or attachments?

Yes. QuickTemp Mail enforces strict security sandboxing. All incoming HTML email bodies are sanitized to strip harmful JavaScript, and rendered within an isolated `
